I worked with Kati towards the end of 2020 and in 2021. Her mindset program focused on self love and nutrition/fitness based on my personal goals. She had weekly check-ins and phone calls where she would truly listen and give her perspective in order for me to shift my mindset. She is such a great coach and her energy rubbed off on me! I loved how much she cared and listened to my concerns and gave her personal experience to validate and then provided ways and tools to overcome it. Her ability to organize, plan and guide certain areas of my life that I struggled with when I was at a low point in life was amazing and so helpful! She is super flexible and really takes time to modify things in her program based on what you're struggling with! She is truly like having a cheerleader, accountability coach and genuine friend all in one!
Before my Dad passed, I was sitting in bed with him reading him a letter I wrote to him, in that letter I promised him I would make him proud everyday. The first little bit I was not myself, my coping mechanisms were not he6althy or good, and then Kati came along. I couldn't be more thankful for what Kati and her [challenges/coaching] have done for me over the past 6 months. I took part in the Rock the Crop photo shoot with the most amazing people. 6 months ago there is not a single change I would have done something like this. The improvement of both my mental and physical health still blows my mind everyday and if it weren't for Kati, I don't even know where I'd be but I can honestly say, the person I was 6 months ago is someone that I don't even recognize when I look at myself anymore. I've had to make some big changes to my life but I can honestly say that right now my Dad is looking down on me so proud of everything I've accomplished over the last few months. I'm still working on myself but never ever have i been this prouf of myself and it gives me so much comfort knowing how happy and proud my Dad would have been of me if he were still around. Kati, THANK YOU, for helping me realize my worth amd making me realize I am so much more than I ever thought I was.
Working with Kati has helped me stay accountable to my goals! Checking in every day has made a huge difference and I love the communication she gives. I have been doing these challenges with Kati since her first one, 3 months ago? I like the growth in myself that I have seen both mentally and physically. The one thing I struggled the most with before was being prepared for meals during the week. I would prep meals for lunches, but never dinner. Now that I have started prepping for both, I find myself having more success. I have had many non scale victories while working with Kati. I can see that I have slimmed down again, I dont feel as bloated, my brain is less foggy, and I can wear some of my favorite clothes again! Thank you Kati and I look forward to continuing to work with you!!
At the beginning of my first challenge I was skeptical as I didn't know what to expect. You see various challenges online everyday and I wasn't sure what was different with this that any other challenge didn't offer. Shortly after beginning, the difference was apparent. Off the bat, the amount of support and encouragement was astonishing. Luckily, I have experience with exercise and nutrition, however this support, combined with her knowledge and experience with exercise and nutrition, is absolutely key for someone just beginning and struggling to find their way. Beyond that, this isn't simply just a "'do something for 30 days straight" type of thing. It goes way deeper as she caters to what each person's individual goals are and delves deeper into finding the "why" behind a person's goals, apprehensions, fears and intrinsic motivation. This helps foster adherence, develop consistent habits and also allows you to be cognizant about your behaviors as you work through the challenge together. By the end, you come out with new knowledge and even more important, you come out with new habits, new mentality and a fresh desire to continue tackling new and existing goals. There is essentially a 0% chance you'll get that with a random "challenge" you find elsewhere online and whether you're new or experienced, that's going to be the driving force behind your success and personal growth.
Kati provides a very supportive and encouraging atmosphere during the lioness challenge. She is so accessible to her participants to help with meal suggestions, workouts, encouragement, or even if you just need to vent. Her content on her social media is so real and raw which provides a whole other layer of support. I have really appreciated getting to know Kati and encourage anyone who is on a weight loss or even just a wellness journey of sorts to get in touch with her and join her challenge groups. Can’t wait for the next challenge group to start!
